Kao Tok Tang
Ingredients
1. Popped rice 4 1/2 cups
2. Grated coconut 300 grams
3. Palm sugar 3/4 cup
4. Sugar 1/4 cup
5. 1 cup Popped rice (grounded)
6. 1/2 cup Jasmine water
7. Glucose syrup 1 Tbsp.
8. Smoked candle for bake Thai dessert.
Description
SaveKa nom Khao-Tok-Tang (Popped Rice) – Thai Traditional Dessert - Ka nom Khao-Tok-Tang is a Thai traditional dessert which is not too difficult to make. And fragrant candle make the dessert smell good. We use ‘popped rice’ for the main ingredient. This recipe own by Archan. Peeraroje Siripanjana, special instructor at Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn School.
